Our Founder

Dr. Karen Wade, has studied adaptive transformation in a multitude of business  environments.  Under her stewardship the Long View Partnership trains individuals to develop their personal resilience  and  teaches executives to become adaptive leaders, spreading cultures of flexibility and empowerment to ignite and sustain business growth.
