Executive Coaching and Leadership Workshops

Executive Transitions Coaching Programs integrates Adaptive Leadership principles into the learning curve of executives engaged in the first six months of critical role transitions, such as:

  • New External Executive Hires who need to quickly gain credibility, establish relationships and build trust with key stakeholders, learn the culture, and produce some early wins
  • New Corporate Officers, such as a director promoted to Vice President, who must develop an enterprise perspective, delegate effectively, and increase their leadership impact/executive presence

High Potential Leadership Coaching focuses on those leaders expected to fill key leadership positions in the company, and assumes that they are, and will continue to be, high-value change agents, who must manage themselves and lead others through challenging transitions. Initial, six-month, behaviorally-focused program design.

Leading the Resilient Organization empowers organizational leaders with the adaptive leadership behaviors needed to elicit the natural resilience response within their workforce. The resilience response is the countervailing, positive psychological dynamic to fear and anxiety during times of adversity that can de-stabilize and paralyze productivity. Resilience re-energizes, re-engages, and re-empowers a team. Generally offered in a half-day format, includes individual resilience profiles for each leader, and a ‘leadership team’ group resilience profile.

The Hogan Workshop for Senior Teams builds team cohesion and alignment around shared objectives through a group process involving the individual and group profiles of the three Hogan Assessment Systems surveys. Individuals gain an appreciation of their own unique personality profile and how it can harmonize with the team. The one-day workshop is preceded by individual participants’ taking the online surveys and participating in a 1:1 feedback session with a Hogan-certified assessment professional prior to the group experience.

Resilience and Reinvention for Mid-and-Late Career Transitions uses principles of Adaptive Transformation in a specialized 1:1 coaching program for executives and senior professionals who find themselves, voluntarily or unexpectedly, at a career and/or life crossroads asking the question “What’s next in my life and my career”?
